Julius is an experienced PNG Geologist with more than 15 years of experience in both the mining and exploration facet. He has worked with world class mining projects such as Ok Tedi Mining, Newcrest Mining, Lihir Gold Mine, Barrick’s Porgera Gold Mine and St Barbara’s Simberi Gold Mine. As a qualified Senior Geologist, Julius is a capable Manager who oversees the operation in areas of Contracts and Procurement, Clientele, Marketing and Project Management.

Steve Kopeniak has more than 30 years of experience in the Papua New Guinean and Australian drilling industry. He has held various positions with major drilling contractors in PNG such as United Pacific Drilling and Quest Exploration Drilling (Drilling Manager). Steve has a Diploma in Drilling and Certificate in Well Control. Steve is proficient in Tok Pisin (PNG’s national language). His broad range of PNG Drilling experience under his belt is a testament to CorePacific Drilling’s operation in the toughest PNG terrains.

Apurel is responsible for managing the company's external and internal communications, stakeholder relations, and corporate social responsibility. With over three years of experience in this role, she has developed strong skills in strategic planning, media relations, crisis management, and sustainability. With a Certificate in Waterwell Drilling for Project Managers, she is passionate about the drilling industry and its contribution to the global energy sector, and strives to uphold the highest standards of ethics, transparency, and excellence in her work.
